Sacred Play: Movement as Prayer is an embodied journey where movement becomes meditation, and joy becomes sacred ritual. Through intuitive dance, guided breathwork, sound release, visualization, and playful community practices, we clear energetic blocks, reconnect to Spirit, and realign the mind, body, and soul. This class is an invitation to remember that healing can be light, sacred, and full of wonder—because your body was always meant to move in devotion.
Tree Elwell is a deeply embodied movement artist, teacher, and guide whose practice bridges body, heart, spirit, and energy. With roots in competitive dance and formal training in contemporary and performing arts, Tree’s journey has evolved into a sacred exploration of authentic expression through movement, breath, sound, and soul. Her path has led her through disciplines like 5Rhythms, qigong, yoga, Gaga, and Hellerwork—each informing her grounded yet expansive approach.
Tree is devoted to helping others reconnect to their innate truth through embodied presence. Her classes are joyful, healing, and rooted in a deep connection to the Earth and cosmos. With a playful spirit and a fierce love for the divine in all things, Tree invites others to move like a prayer, awaken their truth, and remember their oneness with all of life.
