Originally from Mexico and trained in Communication Sciences, I began my spiritual journey at 23 through Reiki, which led me to establish my first holistic practice 15 years ago.

Since then, I’ve worked with diverse modalities like Reiki, ThetaHealing, tarot, astrology, numerology, past life regression, and Access Consciousness to support healing and personal transformation.

I’ve facilitated workshops and shared my work on wellness platforms such as Awoman—a transformative event created by women for women—and led meditations and ceremonies at retreats like Magic Jungle in Yucatán and Watercolors of Portugal.

Currently based in Mexico City, I offer personalized sessions and group experiences focused on consciousness, clarity, and inner alignment.

Over the years, through the exploration of various alternative healing practices, I have developed a channeled method designed to release the energetic weight that disconnects us from our bodies—and, through that, from the Earth itself: her nourishment, support, expansion, and above all, her love.

With over 15 years of experience holding space for individual healing, I have come to recognize that the illusion of loneliness is one of the greatest modern epidemics. It consumes us and drives us to make codependent, self-destructive, and unkind choices—toward ourselves and those around us.

This realization gave birth to a healing modality focused on the reconnection between the body and its true mother: the Earth.

During the session, the person lies down on a treatment table while I work through a sequence of energetic points using the palms of my hands. These points—head, throat, heart, navel, lower belly, knees, and feet—are often deeply affected by the abandonment and separation we experience from early life, shaped by our environments and upbringing.

The participant does not need to do anything but relax. I use a blindfold to block out light and accompany the session with a harp recording, as this instrument has a powerful impact on the heart, helping align it with the Earth’s harmony. By opening the heart, we allow ourselves to attune to the universe and its infinite possibilities.
